This is the best garlic press on the market, bar none!! It works every time, makes mincing garlic easy and is small, compact and easy to store. The scraper fits easily into the handle so it never gets lost. The only negative is that when washed in the dishwasher (which is safe to do), the finish does come off a bit, so it looks a little mottled. However, this does not affect performance and does not mean that the tool is unsafe to use. I have never had any flecks of the finish end up in the pressed garlic. It is just that dishwashers tend to be harsh on this product's finish and cause it to come off. Have had several of these garlic presses and have given them as gifts to people who complain about how hard it is to chop, mince or press garlic. They have all told me that this was the best kitchen tool ever!

If you need to crush garlic, this little gadget works well. Comes with a convenient little cleaner for all of the holes. Just make sure you don’t lose it or you’ll end up using a toothpick to clean out all the holes. Well-made solid works well.

I have a Pampered Chef garlic press I purchased at a Pampered Chef party about 25 years ago. I needed another one for my second home. I assumed all garlic presses were the same until I purchased another one. It turned out to be horrible. It was hard to press the garlic and an insane nightmare to clean it. After remembering I got the first one at a Pampered Chef party I decided I better look and see if they still sold a garlic press. I found one that looks a little different than the one I have but it turned out to do exactly what my old one did and more. Same excellent quality and in addition it brings a little brush to use in the event a little hole gets clogged with garlic. So, so glad I found this. Btw, I am in no way connected to Pampered Chef, but I do enjoy the finer things in my kitchen. Just want to tell everyone who cares to listen, don’t waste your time-this is the one to go with, you won’t regret it.

I've tried other garlic presses, but nothing beats Pampered Chef! This garlic press is leagues above the others. My last one lasted 16 years before the finish suddenly started coming off - and that's 16 years of tossing it in the dishwasher (which I don't think you're supposed to do...) I had to throw my old one out because the finish was coming off on the garlic (ewww) and tried using a cheaper, off-brand for all of one time before I caved and bought Pampered Chef again. High quality, easy to clean with the included little poker-brush-thingie, has a nice heft in your hand.

First off let me say this is to replace my 20 something-year-old one that went missing . I got it a party With my sliding measuring cup and spoons that I still used too this day. It’s been over a year since my old one went missing. I’ve had like four different garlic presses and none of them work as good as my good old tried and true“Pampered chef “I love the new version where the little cleaning brush attaches inside the handle of the garlic press.Lol.. I still have the little brush from my 20 year oldone. I’ve been so lost with our this handy dandy gadget. I highly recommend this product you might won’t be sorry! it’s still one of the best garlic press out there,still 20 years later!

I had been using a chopper to mince our garlic but felt like I was wasting quite a bit inside the chopper This press works great and easy to use and clean.

This is a high quality garlic press. Have had mine for years and bought this for someone else who tried mine out and, despite being a complete minimalist who hates kitchen gadgets, really wanted one. The garlic press is strong since it's all metal (but better than many other brands that are not all metal), and easy to use with just one hand. It's so nice not to have to peel garlic anymore, and I've found using the press imparts more garlic flavor in dishes than mincing the garlic cloves. The cleaning tool is very handy, as well. This is dishwasher safe but also easy to get completely clean hand washing.

Works great, I love garlic so this is very nice as it makes adding garlic quick, easy and the press is very simple to use and clean.

Der gepresste Knoblauch ist durch die Presse grau/schwarz verfärbt- wie bei Industrieverunreinigungen durch die Farbe der Presse. Nach mehrmaligem Reinigen keine Verbesserung. Wir haben die Presse entsorgen müssen! Klassischer Fehlkauf! Vom Kauf ist abzuraten!Nach dieser Erfahrung überlege ich mir weitere Käufe bei Pampered werde ich mir gut überlegen…..

Bought this to replace my old pampered chef garlic crusher which last around 15 years! This one lasted about a month. Nice blood blister when it snapped.
