This product was a gold-mined of a find! We used these bags in large (larger than the Turkey Roaster) size roasters at our Church fair stand. We made BeanBake in them, which when it bakes all day, is next to impossible to clean out. But with these bags, we simply took the bag out of the roaster and threw it away and put a new bag in and made a new batch. It was fabulous!!!! We HIGHLY reccommend them, and we will never be without them! ***follow the directions as far as putting some water in the well of the roaster and heat it up before you put the bag in. This will stop the bag from sticking when you are ready to remove it ***

The liners fit very well and create very easy clean up after use. But do not turn the heat on your pans over 350* or the liners will melt onto the pans and it is very difficult to get the plastic off from the pan once it is melted on.

I use these bags when I cook in my 2 electric roasters. I use the roasters to make 36-40qts of pork green chili, 18-20qts of menudo or even a ham or turkey. I use my roaster like a crockpot. I own 24 crockpots and use them ALL for Thanksgiving when I host 50-60 people. The bags are easy to use. Add 1-cup of water to the roaster before putting the bag to use. I have never had a bag leak or break. I empty the cooked contents before removing the bag. Roaster pans aren’t easy to clean so the bags are a god-send.I buy the bags in bulk and almost always have what I need to make a large batch of something on spur of the moment.Highly recommend. The product is no different than the oven cooking bags-they are made of nylon. I am a member of several slow cooking and crockpotting groups on social media. I get comments about chemicals in our food. Here’s my opinion - it’s lethal to breathe in the US today. Something will kill you. I enjoy the convenience of cooking bags and until the attorney general or FDA or some other agency who has done years of testing comes out saying the bags are dangerous-I will continue to use them - PERIOD!Oh yea-I use similar bags for my crockpots too. I hear comments that heating up water in the unit and you don’t have to scrub. Or use an eraser. Or soak with vinegar and baking soda (good tip by the way). But when I’m using 3+ crockpots I do not want to spend the time to do any of those things. I do not want to take my roasters to a function and bring it home dirty either. Bags are the answer folks. You’ll thank me later! Trust me. You will love them too.

I had high hopes for these liners. Follow the directions, cook food, throw the liner away, and magically there is no mess! I should have known that was too good to be true.I finally broke these out recently to use in my Oster 22 quart roasting pan. I followed the directions - add water, preheat, and install. However, even though I was only targeting 250 degrees F, the plastic melted to the sides and burned. I smelled it immediately after installing and shut the unit off and let it cool. Now I have plastic burned on to my pan. Thanks.....These may work fine for older roaster ovens but not at all for this Oster which heats from the sides.

When I pulled these out to use at a recent event everyone said how much they hated using them because they stick to the pan. I said watch this, I followed the instructions and had no problem with them sticking. Put the water in the removable pan not underneath it. Let it preheat, keep it at the lower temp, I do not put over 275. It worked perfect! No scrubbing burnt on cheese and chili from roasting pans.

We have a chili dinner fundraiser at our fire department, and after getting drafted to wash 8 roasters a couple times a night, I buy and donate these to the cause. Makes cleanup a breeze.

When the men's club cooks, they don't like to clean the roaster pans. This is our second box of roaster pan liners. Since we learned to put a little water in the pan before the liner, we have had good success in keeping the pans clean after pulling out the liner when empty. They are strong and rated for 400 degrees.
