So convenient... just drop a ball of hamburger on a sheet, top it with another sheet, press the patty maker handle down and presto! you have a perfectly shaped burger patty.

The parchment squares are as described, but the packaging contains no USA certification that the paper is free of contaminants and meets USA food grade standards, as represented by Amazon. This is particularly problematic because the parchment is made in China, using processes not open to USA inspectors and not subject to USA food regulations. I plan to use them for non-food applications and will continue to cut my own squares from American parchment.
