Not all of the holes line up properly, but I've found this to be a problem with almost all aftermarket splash shields. Fortunately it doesn't take much to drill a new hole in the correct place. The shape of it was correct and works just fine.

I didn't like it that I had to figured out how to fit it.you get what you paid for.

They did a great job replacing the torn and chewed up covers. A little thinner than the OEM parts, but time will tell how they'll hold up to the vehicle owner's aggressive parking habits.
