Wow, this thing is huge! Be sure you check the measurements, as this almost did not fit underneath my covered when it was on the counter. It comes in a nice little box, and when you put it together it becomes quite tall.All of the spokes can hold quite a bit of spaghetti or fettuccine for drying, and they're easy to load because they come off. The rack spins so you can move it around as necessary, and the pasta actually dries pretty quickly. This is a good quality pasta rack, just make sure it will fit on your counter.

I got this original style pasta drying rack because I just recently took a class and learned how to make my own pasta and realized how great it would be to make a large amount of pasta that I could then bag and give out his gifts for Christmas. It’s also great because I can make a lot of pasta allow it to dry and then I can bag it and use it for months to come even when we go camping I could have actual pasta that I made and have really hearty meals for when we’re out camping that tastes amazing. It’s a simple wooden concept with dolls that fit together and allow you to hang your pasta to dry. It’s really great because I can make enough pasta that every time I create my dough and roll it out. I can have a second amount that I dry in store for later.

It's a no from me. The whole thing came packaged neatly, you need to assemble it but that was pretty easy and makes for easier storage. It's pretty big, bigger than it needs to be but the reason for the one star is because as I was putting it together dust was flaking off of the wood like crazy!! I can't imagine putting food on that, your noodles would be coated in dust. This should have been treated with a food safe finish, it should not be raw wood. I do not recommend

My wife as been talking about starting to make all our own pasta and was looking at pasta drying racks so I got this for her. It's very large. Definitely make sure you're okay with the dimensions before purchasing. Because it's so big, there is a lot of space for drying which is the point. The spinning feature is great and works very smoothly. It was quick and easy to put it together and the pieces felt very sturdy. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a pasta drying rack!

This is a very good quality and sturdy pasta rack. A rotating rack is super convenient when juggling pasta from cutter to rack. The pegs fit firmly in the stand's holes, but they are easy enough to take on and off so you can also use them to capture your noodles from the cutter (assuming you're not hand cutting) and then place them on your rack. Another great use for this rack is for drying herbs. Don't we all buy some herbs for a recipe and then have a bunch leftover? Tie the bunch of herbs together with kitchen twine and hang them upside-down on the rack to dry. Great product and I highly recommend it.

Easy to assemble and use for your homemade pasta drying. We easily store it in 3 pieces, by unscrewing the middle pole. The lazy susan stand will make it easy to drape pasta over it for drying. The rack is well built and I love that it swivels. Plenty of room for a double batch of pasta.

Great little wooden pasta drying rack that's easy to assemble and disassemble. The pegs are all pressure fit, and the base and top screw into the rod in the middle. The swivel base spins easily and nice. The height is perfect for the noodles I make, which is a challenge I've had with alternatives which are shorter.
