This product has worked really well for me once I worked within its limitations. First the numbers are backwards 8 is the widest and one is the lowest. A 3 produces a nice hearty pasta noodles either for ravioli or fettuccine. Very nice, just watch your 00 flour and Semola ratio. Semola is fine ground semolina. A 2 is the sweet spot for my family for all pasta. Now the limitations don't work with those huge sheets you see on YouTube channels. The roller thickness will vary. The first dough that comes out will be thinner than the last piece. Your dough will get thinner as you get smaller. Flip the dough as you go down the numbers. This will help. After you pass the dough through 5 or 6 cut it in manageable pieced. Sticky dough will stick. Dust with flour each pass. When I make my pasta dough, I leave out just a small amount of liquid so the flour absorbs the flour with each pass.

Great product and simple to use. Just follow the instructions and the pasta is wonderful. A little difficult to clean. But well worth the time and money.

I bought this a month ago as a gift my daughter requested I order for her so she could give it to her father as a gift. We finally got to use it today and we couldnรขโฌโขt be any happier. This was a fantastic buy! Great quality. I was worried it wouldnรขโฌโขt fit my kitchen Aid mixer but it was perfect and the quality was outstanding. It is heavy duty stainless steel. I think I will be buying a set for my son and daughter in law in the near future.

I rarely write Amazon reviews, but I wrote this immediately after using this. I had purchased the brand name product twice and returned it both times because it either broke on first use or arrived broken. Decided to give the Nevku a try. It's WAY smoother action, and it cleans much more easily - and it's 1/3 the price! It is all metal construction (unlike the name brand which says it is, but there are plastic parts). I don't work for the company, I wasn't paid to write this and didn't get it for free. Just an avid home cook who can now make awesome home made pasta.

My sister had been eying these attachments for some time. She had done all the research on durability, ease of handling, warranty and product reviews. Imagine her delight when I got it for her as a thank you for taking care of me after I had my cardiac cath. AND what made it even better there was a coupon on it making it more affordable. She has gone crazy making all kinds of pasta and pastries.

This roller/cutter set is all youรขโฌโขll ever need as a home cook.If used daily in a restaurant setting, youรขโฌโขll likely want to buy a second set as a backup. Theyรขโฌโขll be fine for several months, but the machining isnรขโฌโขt quite up to par with the nicer examples.

These were easy to use and clean, and they cut great pasta (at least the recipe we used turned out well!).They were easy to install/attach to the stand mixer, and flattened the sheets and cut nice and smooth with no issue

Purchased these to use with our Kitchen aid stand mixer and I was so pleased with the results. They are easy to use and work very smoothly. I did find them a bit of a challenge to clean, but not impossible.

I am not a 'reviewer,' but I'll make an exception for this pasta maker attachment--simply awesome! When the postie handed it over to me, I was struck by how heavy it was: This product is far from flimsy, is well-built and mechanically; and with proper care should last a long time. To me it's a high quality item and is packaged as so! I found it effortless to attach to my KitchenAid and that all three attachments worked like a charm...doing exactly what they're intended to do, roll and cut pasta. The included cleaning tool made it easy to brush out the blades, and the box and packaging it came in will make a long time term storage option. I found the instruction booklet was very clear and helpful. In my opinion, the quality of this product far exceeds my expectation of the price. Highly recommend!
