Worked fine, but product came loose on ripped box, few screws were scraped in paint (should be white). Handle was in good shape. Would rate 5 but Lock mechanism did not come with small screws, and kit had no instructions. When installing lock, it fell down inside the door - had to remove door and tilt upside down to retrieve lock - would be nice to have instructions to avoid this - so when installing lock, ensure you put screwdriver or stick inside bottom of door handle, to prevent lock from falling down inside door slot. Overall, was not too difficult to install. Good value for the price.

I just went for it and swapped our old handle with this new one. It was a little sketch to replace (because I didn’t look up and videos or read the directions), but it came out perfect! In the end it wasn’t that hard to figure out and did the job! Seems to be a durable material and pretty sleek look as well.

This worked great for my door. I was worried it wasn't going to work but it did and it was super easy to change out the old and put this new one on. Had different size screws which was great cause I tried one size and it didn't fit so tried the next and fit perfect.

This product is extremely difficult to install due to several reasons as followed:1. See the two alignment nipples on the handle in pic 1? Those nipples are too long, and also a bit too big in diameter due to the thick coat of baked-on paint. To make it work, you need to grind down the nipples a little and scrap off the paint ( or enlarge existing holes in your door frame). Unless you are handy and have the tools, correct size drill bits and a grinder and/ or assortment of files, this product will not work for you.2. Refer to picture 2. These screws are way too short to hold with your fingers to install. If you don't have magnetic screw drivers, these screws will not work for you. May be you have an 8 year old with good eyes and small hands to help you?3. The latching assembly ( the piece with the hooking latch, pic 3) is just a tad too thick. To make it work, you will need to enlarge the slot in your patio door, so that when you tighten down the hold-down screws, the assembly will be flush. Otherwise the striker (hook) will not come out far enough to engage the latch (installed into the wall studs of the door opening). Again you will need an assortment of filing tools.4. The adjustment screw is not long enough. I max'ed out the adjustment screw on mine to make it work. Although this is not solely the manufacture's fault, they could design their product to accommodate for lack of perfect square in the actual patio door as a result of the house settling down over time, etc.5. Overall, it feels like the product is designed and made by people who have no ideal how it will be used in real life situation. Or, perhaps the manufacturer do not have the machine tools in their factory to hold down the manufacturing tolerances needed. Or, they have no idea of dimensional tolerance is. Or they just don't care. However, the product DOES look good and clean in pictures. I don't recommend it unless you are handy and have the time. I t took me well over an hour for what should be a 15 minute job.6. With all the extra work I had to do to install this product, I'd say it is worth about $8.

My kids broke my original handle.After shopping around I found this handle set, that fit my previous door handle.Therefore the installation was pretty easy. I didn't have to create new holes in my patio door to make it fit.My 3 kids (age 4/5/7 year old ) are pretty rough with doors in general and after 3 weeks, I can tell the handle is robust.The only thing that I can say is the look that could look a little bit more premium, but it's good enough, in fact nobody can tell that this new handle is not the original one.

It was exactly as stated in description and easy to install as a replacement for the one that was broken. Lock works great . Wished it was a bit cheaper for what you get.

Purchased as a replacement for a broken handle /lock.Decent quality and easy to fit but check your holes line up with their diagram.Mortice took a little work to fit as previous one was a slightly different in profile.Very happy with the end result
