  • 1. Damaged Charging Cable: Replace the charging cable and attempt charging again. And do not use a cable with type-c on both ends.

    2. Incompatible Adapter: Ensure you are using a 5V 1A adapter to charge the receiver.

  • 1. Check if the button responds. No response = damaged.

    2. If no display, recharge.

    3. Battery may be dead. Connect the charging cable and fully charge it.

  • GPS satellite signals are constantly changing. To ensure optimal signal strength in your area and the accuracy of the GPS signal, it is essential to search for satellite signals again after powering on or charging.

  • 1. Ensure you are outdoors without obstructions that interfere with the GPS signal.

    2. Allow the GPS receiver approximately 1 minute to complete the signal search.

I wanted to try this patpet because I have purchased their pet products in the past and have never been disappointed. I purchased this product because I wanted a wireless dog fence option. I like the rechargeable collar and did not want to dig an underground wire for fencing. It was an easy set up and directions were very simple, set by set and straight forward. The command options do give a non shock option, which is wonderful for my small dog. The receiver will stop the correction any time when your pet goes back into the safe distance range.This does take some training with your pet so be prepared for that!Overall, this is a great product and priced well!

Collar goes to sleep after a set time of use. I have to press the power button to wake up collar. Otherwise, a pretty useless choke collar on dog

This is really nice. I like that it can fit very large dog neck. I was concerned that it wasn’t gonna fit my dogs neck, but it does. We can’t have a fence in town so this helps keep him safely on our property.

This collar system was a HUGE win for me because it didn't involve burying cables in my yard or any other sort of nonsense that's typical with wireless fence systems. It's a genius idea and it works, once you have it set up. The rechargeable battery life is great, definitely much better than other brands which require you to buy their proprietary batteries that are expensive. No issues with durability and my dog is very active! Very easy to set up and use. I might get another one for my other dog once I see how this one works out long term. I definitely recommend, especially as an alternative to other legacy brands and systems out there.

I recently purchased that collar, and it has been a fantastic addition to our yard setup. We have a mid size, adventurous dog who loves to explore beyond our property, and this collar has given us peace of mind knowing she stays safe within the boundaries. We were considering an electric fence at my parents farm to keep my wandering pup contained but the expense was way high. We discovered this collar "fence" and it is didn't involve digging and was affordable. There was some easy training to do and you need to learn how to set up program (small dog, big dog, shock or no shock and setting your safe perimeter etc) So far it is working really well as my pup knows to stay in the safe space. Yay! Also it appears to be a quality well made item.

Works well, but it only stays charged about 12 hours. You really need 2 collars so one can stay on the charge and be ready at all times. Woke up to my dog roaming the neighborhood because the collar had died in the night. We live on a busy road so definitely not safe for it to die so fast. Otherwise a decent product.
