I was skeptical, but holy cow this fountain is exceptional. I say that despite the fact that my picky cat still appears to have “meh†feelings about using it, so that should say something. Even despite Her Highness preferring to sit in the box it came in, rather than drinking from it, it clearly is made with high quality and thoughtfulness & not just a cheap hunk of fountain-shaped metal & plastic. The box, I might add, is a great size for a chonk or mega-chonk to comfortably sit in.The fountain is quiet & aesthetically pleasing. Even the packaging is minimalist, and yet still packaged in a way that shows they even put specific thought into it. It sounds nuts, but I feel like you get a sense of a product’s quality from its packaging, (think of pet fountain version of Apple packaging). I liked it so much that I bought a second one for a gift. Both feline recipients give it two paws up.

My cats got some reason will not drink from this beautiful fountain. They gag. Not sure if it’s the filters or the stainless steel.
