This heated towel rack does the job well. It doesn't appear to be oil filled, which is what I've bought in the past, but it does heat evenly. One caution: If you take everything off it and don't replace it, the unit will probably turn off, and the control is a bit cranky.

Had this installed on the wall and went to figure out how to use it once it was done and realize that there’s no remote included
