Impressed by the quality of this valve from the moment I got the box. It's heavy. I used this to replace a plastic Delta brand valve that literally exploded after less than 2 years. I have high water pressure in my condo, and both the previous two diverter valves I had leaked. This unit came with 2 rubber washers, and after hand tightening, I had a diverter valve that didn't leak for the first time, it just fit well.The rotating valve itself also feels like a high quality component - it turns exceptionally smoothly, but there's a bunch of friction there as well, it doesn't spin easily.I can call out two minor downsides for this valve. The main one is that it limits your water flow. It's cut down on our water pressure, but our water pressure was quite high to begin with, and I find the output still quite acceptable. The second is that at least 2 of the three little arms on the dial are screwed in, and can come unscrewed after some use.

This was a very nice high quality diverter valve, just as pictured. Fit perfectly. It's made of metal, not plastic. Its easy to turn, and works well. I'm pleased with the purchase

Updated July 2024 - The knob for the diverter broke for a sparingly used bathroom and after 4 times changing the knob. No way to put it back together and right now using one side of my shower head due to this issue. Messaged the seller and lets see the response.March 2024 - My biggest worry while looking for a diverter was that the reviews were mostly positive and then the 1-3% which talked about leaks or poor quality or knobs not doing their job. I was honestly surprised by the heaviness of this PDP bath diverter and it worked without leaking after we put the plumbers tape. Definitely will buy another one for a different bathroom.
