Our dog was dying and we wanted something to remember him by. We did a print of each of his paws and his nose and they turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this for anyone with a pet that wants something to remember. It was very easy to use and turned out great!

It was easy to get my baby’s hand and foot prints with these. Safe, easy to use, no mess, good value for the money.

Super easy to use, works great. I’ve used it for both my dogs paw prints and my baby’s feet. I’ve done the whole painting baby’s feet before and this is much easier for both me and baby. Mess free is always a plus when it comes to little ones

A little difficult to use at first, but got the hang of it after a few trial prints. Used this for my nursery art for my 3 dogs and baby’s foot print. Turned out perfect and used card stock paper in place of the paper given with the kit!

I recently tried the Newborn Baby Handprint or Footprint Clean-Touch Ink Pad Kit, and while it had some positive aspects, there were also a few issues that left me somewhat underwhelmed. Here's a balanced review of my experience:Pros:Mess-Free Concept: The clean-touch ink pad concept is great for capturing a baby's handprint or footprint without creating a mess. The ink was easy to apply and didn't smudge, which made the process relatively stress-free.Adorable Keepsake: The idea of creating a keepsake of a newborn's tiny hand or foot is heartwarming. The kit provides an opportunity to capture a special moment that can be cherished for years to come.Cons:Limited Ink Pad Size: One of the main downsides was the size of the ink pad. It was a bit small, making it a challenge to accommodate larger hands or feet. This limitation can result in a less detailed print, especially as babies grow.Lack of Clarity: While the kit came with instructions, they weren't as clear as I would have liked. As a result, I had to experiment a bit to get the best results, which was a bit frustrating.Ink Quality: While the clean-touch concept is innovative, the quality of the ink itself could be improved. It was a bit faint, and I noticed that it didn't transfer as vibrantly as I had hoped onto the paper provided.Paper Quality: The paper included in the kit was somewhat thin and felt a bit flimsy. A higher-quality paper would better complement the effort put into capturing the prints.Single Use Only: The kit is designed for single use, which might be a disappointment for those who want to practice or perfect the technique before capturing the perfect print. In summary, the Newborn Baby Handprint or Footprint Clean-Touch Ink Pad Kit has a good concept and offers the potential for creating a meaningful keepsake. However, the limitations in ink pad size, clarity of instructions, ink quality, paper quality, and single-use design are factors that detract from the overall experience. While it's not a bad option for a quick and simple memento, there's room for improvement to make it a more versatile and high-quality product.

We were very successful using these! The hardest part was getting my newborn to unclench their fist (lol). We found each ink pad got 2 stamps out of it. And there were tons of papers and they were thick so nothing bled through. We got perfectly quality prints with no smudges. Truly it’s about how cooperative your subject is, we did a couple test runs but again, plenty of extra papers and pads to do so. It’s exactly what I wanted!

If you have furry ones at home, be sure to buy these and get some prints of their paws before they pass. We have had these in our house for almost 6 months and never did them with our kitties. Very suddenly the other week our one kitty got kill and it was a very rapid decline. On the couple of days he was hospitalized we did the paw prints with his sister as a test. It was so easy to do and made a great imprint. It's a two person job though on pets. One to hold the cardboard and ink tray film down and the other to press their paws. press their paws flat very lightly and on kitties it works best with short claws. When our kitty came home from the hospital we quickly did these with him before he passed a couple days later. I'm so so so thankful we did and wish I hadn't just tossed it aside after I bought it but we did it sooner.Pros: easy to use, clean, no mess to pet's paws, a great keepsake of your furry babes, while it comes with two cardboard pieces to do the prints on, we found you could continue to print on the same ink sheet for another 4 rounds and that fits perfectly on one 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper - so we got 6 good imprints out of each set we had. Another pro, the imprints scan well - we wanted to make sure we wouldn't lose them and so also scanned the paw prints into the computer.Cons: The ink stays tacky for a few days. So don't stack it or put anything on top of it. Let it dry fully.Really a necessary for people that want keepsakes like this.

I was really excited to document my baby's foot print and hand print with this set, but the ink pad wasn't very good. First my husband and I pressed my baby's hand on the pad firmly while we was sleeping to capture her hand print but the ink didn't come out very dark. Then when we went to capture her footprint, the impressions of her fingers from her hand print ended up showing up on the foot print. It's clear that the ink pad is single use only, so buying this set with two pieces of paper isn't worth it. I also felt like the paper it came with wasn't super absorbent. I ended up cutting a piece of cardstock the same size afterwards to make another attempt at my baby's footprint, and that print ended up turning out better. Even though there was limited ink left on the pad at that point, it seemed to come out darker because the paper I had at home absorbed more of the ink.

Opened the box and you can see a clear hand and footprint on one of the cartridges! Will be returning and not purchasing again.

Good for the price but didn’t blow my mind away. Considering the price you can’t really expect to much.
