It's lightweight as its made of plastic but don't let that throw you off. It's standard Peavey excellent quality! Works for Peavey Valve King models, among others.

The entire body is plastic, but it functions properly with my ValveKing II. Too soon to comment on the durability.

I bought two for my Peavey 6505 MH, and they worked perfectly. Build quality is excellent. I have since traded in the amp, and kept just one, which also works with my new Randall RD45 as well. I definitely like the LED indicators. Obviously I can hear which channel I'm on, but it helps to have a visual indicator to tell me if the FX loop is engaged before turning on my effects.

I purchased this to go with a Peavey Masterpiece amp I had just got that was having some issues with the foot switch. As others have noted, it looks and feels like cheap plastic. There are other 2 button switches with full metal housings that cost less. The cable is hard wired so it's a PITA to extend the length. The pedal itself is also larger and uglier than it needs to be. The LEDs are nice and so far it does the job, so it's not a complete failure by any means.

Got this for a Valveking100. Works great I have no issues with it, it is plastic but it is a very sturdy plastic that I dont see breaking. Exactly what I needed.

Great product, works well and the leds are pretty useful. The plastic body seems not too strong, but yet durable. All in all - That's a good deal.

This is encased in a molded plastic shell. It is crap. I purchased this for use with an amp I was using in a side project. I probably gently pushed the button a total of 20 times and it has failed. I owned this for about a month before it broke. This pedal just sat in the back of an amp when not in use, it did not travel. After it stopped working, I picked it up and you could hear the little components rattle around inside. This thing will break if you look at it funny. I was seriously very light touching this button with my foot. It looks cheap, so I was careful. I just needed it to last 2 more months, probably 90 button pushes total. Pay a little more, get a better product.

This is a 2-way Foot-switch with built in LED and is 100% correct for operation as intended. It is optimised for use with Peavey "Valve King" series.I would not endorse this footswitch for use with other well known amps without careful research due to the built in circuit linked to the Footswitches, which operates two LED's. One is coloured Red for Switching between Channel 1 to Channel 2, and One is coloured Green for Lead Channel Volume Boost, but this is a must have for Peavey users. It is an excellent product including a long cable with fitted Jack Plug.
