I use these pencils to mark my contact sheets in my photography work. I have been using grease pencils for at least 40 years, but these pencils do not seem to be smooth enough to adhere well to the photo paper so it doesn't mark the areas heavy enough, but they seem not to be available in most stores. They are cheap enough if you need them.
