I mean, who doesn't like cheeky little penguins? It's a cute product, but I was making Jacques Pépin's Les Oeufs Jeannette (Eggs Jeannette) with this in a copper pot. The three eggs I had in the pot that were not in the penguin holder cooked perfectly (which is gooey egg in the middle, not entirely hard-boiled). The ones in the penguin holder were near raw, meaning I had to boil the water again and leave them in for several more minutes to remedy the situation.Pros: (besides the inarguable cuteness), is the ability to pull it right out of the water easily and put it into an ice bath to stop the cooking process.Cons: You need to keep them in boiling in the water several minutes more than "normal" to get the same results.Super-fun product, though.

I love this little gizmo. It saves time when placing and removing the eggs into and from the hot water. I haven't had a cracked egg since I bought this cutie.

I was hesitant about making this purchase because I wasn’t sure if it was worth the price. It definitely was! This cute egg holder is so easy to use. The uncooked eggs slide easily into the holder, and you boil the eggs, cool them, and put them in your refrigerator without having to take them out. The holder keeps its color after many uses. It’s not bulky, and it’s very easy to clean. It’s a good quality product.

I am so glad I bought this adorable egg holder! I make hard boiled eggs every week for an easy grab and go breakfast or to add to salads for lunch and this is so much easier to use than tongs or a spoon in hot water. It's the perfect size for a medium pot.

We initially had a hard time boiling eggs and they either kept breaking their shells, or they spilled. This is a rather cute, lightweight, and functional solution, especially if boiled eggs are a routine part of your meals. The plastic is a bit flimsy and feels like it may break if not handled with care. Easy to clean otherwise, under cold water.
