I wasn't sure if it'd work or not but it includes helpful directions on removing the factory one and inserting this one and they are color and letter coded to know which marker/pen fits in what. I'm thrilled! It does work as stated in my maker 3. I can now use my Crayola fine points happily!

I bought this set because it seemed to have the best selection for the various pens I have. You will need to remove the inside piece of the pen holder in the machine. The adapters for the most part worked well. It tells you to use the M adapter for cricut pens but I found it didn't work well for me and the L adapter worked best. The N adapter for Signo Uni Ball needed to be pushed down inside the unit further than you would have thought, but after some experimenting I got it at the right level. The D adapter for the Injoy Gel Pen works but you have to really push the adapter high on the pen for me, I had to push it up until the bottom of the adapter was just about at the first little dot in the series of 5 dots on the barrel of the pen. The rest that I tried worked fine. I tested on 9 different pens and only had issues with 3, but they were still workable, you just have to be ready to do some testing to make sure.

I had to go back and see when I purchased this. It was 11 months ago, and I’m just now using it. 🤷ðŸ½â€â™€ï¸ I needed a piece for a backdrop for a musical which had to be drawn, and then cut out. I was able to change the Cricut pen adapter and use one of the pen adapters in its place. The switch went without a hitch, and the drawing was PERFECT, because the fit was perfect! I am looking forward to trying out the rest of the adapters with other pens/markers that I own. For the drawing I used Letter F adapter which fit the Sharpie Ultra Fine pen.You will love the ease and different selections of these adapters.

This is the best thing I've purchased for my Cricut in ages! The white Cricut gel pen I needed (that only comes in a 4-pack with 3 other colors I did NOT need) did not work no matter what I tried. I had to finish some grad party decorations within 3 days and did not want to risk another Cricut pack. I was forced outside my comfort zone to buy these and a pack of white Sakura gelly pens, hoping I could figure it out without wrecking my machine. This set is life-changing...or at least craft-changing! The pens (which all worked beautifully) were easy to use because there's a package insert that tells you which color insert to use for many different brands. I was nervous about popping out the factory-installed grip inside the clamp and wondered how hard it would be to put it back. No need! There's a color-coded version that fits the Cricut scoring stylus and pens! I wish I hadn't had the problem days before the party, but it forced me to try something I had only read about that turned out to work better than the official brand. Thank you for your excellent design!

Nutze die Adapter für meinen Cricut air 2. bis jetzt habe ich für jeden Stift den passenden Adapter gefunden. Das tauschen war das erste mal ein bisschen abenteuerlich, weil ich nichts kaputt machen wollte. Aber jetzt klappt das einsetzen einwandfrei. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man nicht nur die original Cricut Stifte nutzen möchte.

I wanted to be able to use a smaller pen with my cricut but cricut doesn’t make ones as small as a pen this worked perfectly for my wedding to make smaller fonts! Only negative was to waste paper to figure out which size to use for the type of pen I was using - there is a guide which gives you an idea but not 100%
