Peracetic Acid Test Strips, High Level, 0-500 ppm

For Sanitizer Testing in the Food Industry

This test strip is calibrated at 0, 100, 250, and 500ppm, and gives results in just seconds. Peracetic acid is another sanitizing agent primarily used in some segments of the food industry, such as organic produce and poultry.

  • Total test time is under 15 seconds!
  • For use in testing water for peracetic acid concentration in water
  • High quality, sturdy plastic strips enable easy testing
  • Each pack comes in a moisture wicking vial for easy storage and to ensure longevity of strips
  • Every bottle has a lot number and expiry date printed on it for compliance

Instructions:

  1. Remove one test strip from the vial, being careful not to touch the test pad with your fingers.
  2. Gently swirl test strip in small sample of solution being tested for 2 seconds.
  3. Remove strip with pad face up. Do not shake off excess sample.
  4. Compare the test pad to the color chart after 10 seconds.
