I've used plenty of 2 jaw pullers on pilot bearings you rent at the parts store, and they're always crap. They slip off the bearing or they've been used by a Neanderthal before and are complete junk to the point you have to resort to alternate methods regardless. I wanted to get a puller that actually worked and didn't make me waste all day. Figured I'd try this 3 jaw. When I received this puller, my first impression was that seemed a bit cheap. The teeth on the ends also had a little bit of material left over from the manufacturing process, so I filled them down a bit to have a better bite. Within 5 minutes I had the old pilot bearing out and the new one in. I couldn't believe how well this thing worked. Highly recommend.

Tool work more than better, it’s was great I took off the siezed up bearing in less than 3 minutes aswome craftmanship !!!

Great work like it should!! Remember to turn the nut with a wrench to remove not the lever only to tighten

Used today. Materials and construction look very solid. No manufacturing burrs or cheap workmanship.Pilot center race was ~11/16ths -17mm. This is about the smallest the 3 arms can get in/out of. Had a cumbersome time getting the old bearing off. The toe (?) edge of each arm are nice. They held the race firmly/as it should. Had zero slippage in removal. Came right out w/o any penetrating oil presoak. Good tool. Better price. Would buy again if needed.
