BEWITU Periodic Table with Real Elements Inside
There are two sizes of periodic table of elements to choose.

Due to the instability of some elements, they are prone to react with each other and volatilize easily. For safety reasons, they are specially treated, replaced by compounds containing such elements, or replaced by substances of similar shape and color. Q: A customer reflects that Potassium and Mercury should both are silvery looking metals.
A: In the actual production, we give these two elements special treatment for safety.
Potassium is harmful, so we used something similar in color and shape to replace it, so you can see it is silvery white in this elements table.
Mercury is also harmful liquid substance, so Mercuric compound was used instead.

This was originally a gift for Christmas, but College Graduation got moved up. My son graduated with a Forensic Mollecular Science and Mollecular Biology Degree with a Chemistry Minor. He opened this and said "oh wow! That's great!" He loved it! It was perfect!

I like that they have samples of a lot of the elements “ABOUT THE MERCURY SAMPLE†I read the review about the mercury sample not being legit but it actually is legit I looked up in the book that I baught with it as a often baught together suggestion “OUR WORLD IN PICTURES THE ELEMENTS“ on the page about mercury (PAGE 100)it shows a red mineral called cinnabar and when heated the mercury separates from the solid mineral so in the item the most likely have a sample of the cinnabar mineral rather than actual mercury because actual mercury is toxic and dangerous and even though this is a sturdy item they don’t want to chance a leak of the liquid form

The craftsmanship of the item is amazing and just as advertised, you should be very satisfied. Unfortunately the lettering of the elements (aside from the title) will almost impossible to read just by glancing at it, you will need a magnifying glass while pointing it towards a light to see past the glossiness of the material it is made with. A bit disappointed I must admit. I am glad I purchased the "bigger" version because had I gotten the small one, a microscope might be necessary.

The product was great overall however it barely have a few of the elements, especially scandium where it is just a small thread, and you can barely see it even with the magnifying glass.

My son says “There is a very clear view of the elements inside, but there is a bit of dust in the acrylic. It is very worth it for the price and when you put it in the light it makes a rainbow! I would recommend the bigger size because in the little size it would be hard to see the elements. Also, if I could, I would give it 99 stars.â€
