First and for most I need to say that the seller Enna deserves more the just five stars, if I could I would give 100 stars! I have never in my life experienced lost and grief the way I did when my sweet boy Blossom had to unexpectedly be put down at only two years old. I wanted to find something beautiful to put his ashes in with the rest of the things I got as a tribute. I came upon this urn and I am so grateful I did. The seller Enna was so involved, compassionate and cared very much about my thoughts and honesty everything even down to when I received it she wanted to make sure everything arrived okay. I am so grateful to both Emma and the artist! I would recommend this seller to everyone! I would also suggest to get it painted to look like your fur baby, it may cost more but you can’t out a price on a beautiful tribute 🧡. I was also gifted this beautiful angel as I asked for where I can get one as I saw a comment with one of them and loved it. When purchasing one just message the seller if you are interested in getting it hand painted, just be mindful of the time zone differences. Anyways thank you soo soo much Enna!!! There is no pain like losing your beloved animal companion, and wanting to honor him or her in their absence is incredibly important. This seller understood that - she was very communicative and focused on the details. We are so happy with the artist’s rendering and now our Lilo (pronounced, Lee-low) has his perfect resting place. My Boy just passed away last week. I ordered this urn like a day later and already it came. Very fast. I missed the chance to try to get it painted like some of the other people I saw on the reviews. Maybe I missed it,but I wish if it were an option, that it was put on the customization portion you fill out,and allow you to upload photos then, instead of having to message the seller. But I can paint it myself later. I love the angelic feel of it all white right now. I cried as soon as I opened the box. His name, the engraving, is sooooo beautiful. I didn't want a plain box for his final resting place. Always snoozing, this urn will beautifully remind me of him.
