Martingale Collar is a great solution for your dog’s training. The main difference between a martingale collar and a regular collar is that it tightens up as a dog pulls.There is an extra maringale ring than normal collar, so it wil be a little bigger than normal dog collar. The purpose of this is not to choke a dog, but to prevent a dog from escape the collar.
Please noted that the martingale size do not include the extra martingale ring length. The extra ring loop will tighten up when pulling, the extra martingale ring is nearly 5 inches when straightened.Please measure your dog's neck near the top portion and be sure to press down through all its fur to get an accurate measurement. Most people do not press down the fur to get a correct measurement. This leads to them over-measuring their dog's neck. And leads to them ordering a size that is too large.
5/8" wide for small collars,(size range:12"-16") ;
3/4" wide for medium collars,(size range:16"-20");
1" wide for large collars.(size range:20"-26")
The beginning of the first embroidery character will be somewhat fixed, so sometimes the name/ numbers will be tuck into if you adjust this collar to the smallest length, which does not affect normal use. If you are mind of this, please let us know.

I will admit we ordered the wrong size. I was able to force it all the way and it works fine. Eventually I’ll get another one that actually fits. Didn’t realize our dog had a thicker neck and I did guess because it had been about two years since he had a new collar. Anyway, overall, the quality is fantastic. It’s a good looking collar, phone number and name embroidered. Metal buckle. Doesn’t feel cheaply made. Came on time and in a smallish envelope.Thanks.

I love it, I got one for each of my dogs. The large and the small; I love that I could have coordinating collars for my two different size dogs. The collars were perfect and exactly what I was looking for which was hard to find because I had a lot of requirements as follows;-martingale(tightening as the dog pulls the leash, to prevent slipping out of the collar)-embroidered customization so it doesn’t fall off over time-metal (as opposed to plastic) closure and loops-black/quality material.-available both in 13†and 21†size-clasp that opens and closes, not just slip over the neck-reflectiveTo my surprise, the order arrived over a week before the original anticipated arrival date.I measured my dogs necks, and the items are precisely what i expected.Customization was simple and phone number and name spelling is correct.Thank you!

I purchase these collars for all of our dogs. I foster, so I go through A LOT of collars. These are perfect! Love the martingale collar! It's keeps the animal safe and secured on the leash. They can't back out of it. As a groomer, I can't stress just how important that is. Personalizing the collar is also a great feature in case their dog license comes off. I've purchased from this company many many times, and will continue to order for all of our pups. I've never had an issue with any order. The product is great quality, pretty, and a good price point.

The collar seems to be good quality. I am a little disappointed in the positioning of the embroidery. My dogs name is completely covered by the buckle and I assume with time with not be legible. I wish they would have positioned it differently so it isn't covered.

I love this collar! We ordered the collar and leash combo. The leash has hand padding and the collar stitching for the name was nicely done. It looks exactly like the photo and does exactly what it’s suppose to do. The buckle is nice too and it is easier to use than a slip over collar. The value for the price is good as well and sizing was absolutely perfect. I was worried since I got it for a puppy and it took so long to get it but he has a ton of growing room left. Definitely going to order another one for the other puppy we have. It’s honestly nice to not need a dangly tag and our info is right on his collar. Highly highly recommend buying for the value! Oh. And it’s reflective too!!! I paid under 30 dollars for leash and collar and just 1 of his other brand collars cost more than that in our local tractor supply.

I am very happy with my purchase of this item.The color of the collar is a vibrant blue/green and looks gorgeous. The embroidery of my dog’s name and my cellphone number is excellent. It is a solidly constructed collar and fits my dog snugly but not tight. I actually met another dog owner with same color collar but smaller size . Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Price was right. Stitching is well done and makes a good contrast against the turquoise collar color. I is a little larger than I thought it would be but luckily is adjustable. My favorite thing about it is how reflective it is. I wasn't expecting it. The reflectiveness is stitched on and works very well. I have a huge, forested backyard and it's so nice to be able to shine a flashlight and locate her for her evening potty time.
