I bought this as a leash for my disc golf disc retreiver. I use a carbiner to clip the chain to my bag and the chain to my disc retriever to keep it from being lost when it falls out of my bag. Wish I'd thought of it before I lost my first retriever.

The slip collar is well made. I dinged it one star because of the fitting directions which say: 20" chain and the recommended neck range is 17" to 19". This type of chain has to be slipped over the dog's head and my pooch has a very large head. It didn't fit. Also, for the training chain to work correctly, it needs to hang down 2". I ended up watching a Utube video on how these chains work and fit so I could train Nakoa correctly.

This must be the cheapest quality chain out in the universe. Staining my dog's coat. threw that away and looking for a new one

I have some very expensive fine link choke collars but left them home while traveling. In working with some new dogs I needed to use a choke chain collar for training so I ordered these to get me by. At less than $3 each I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight and smooth they were. I am very pleased how well they work.

I loved this chain for my dog, however I sized it to big for my dog.
