The item appears to be quality. Readability is good. Installation was simple with the 3M tape that is already attached. So far the adhesion to the urn seems fine. Shipping speed was ok for where the item is shipping from. The plate fit perfectly well on the urn.My little one (cat) now has a nice looking name plate for her little urn. Unfortunately, the ER place that handled her aftercare did not provide this.I appreciate that this is available here at a reasonable price.Saddle thrombus.... :'(

I’m very impressed with the overall quality of this item. The engraving is really well done, and the adhesive backing is 3M so it sticks really well. I put it on a shadow box frame I made in remembrance of our family dog who passed last year, and this engraving is a really nice touch.

This little pet memorial plaque is perfect! And it has the 3M adhesive on the back which is a nice touch. It did take a few weeks to arrive but I’m very happy with it.
