The bag is nice and spacious, and the large, semi-wrap-around window seems to help give otherwise claustrophobic pets (ex. my rabbits) more of a sense of space. The vents allow airflow on all sides but the back, meaning you don’t have to worry about your fur (or scale or feather) baby not having enough air. So far, insects have not found easy ways in to harass my rabbits, which is good. There is a fairly large side pocket for a water bottle, so you can carry a drink and/or some small snacks for your beloved pet. The bag has adjustable straps for your personal comfort and it can clip over your chest to prevent it from slipping off, allowing you to have free hands without fear of dropping your pet. The leash inside DOES NOT come with a harness so you must have your own. However, the leash does have 360 rotation so your pet can move mostly freely, and if you don’t have a harness or don’t want to use the leash, you can tuck it under the floor pad very easily. The floor pad has two sides, one that is more soft and cushiony and one that is a slightly textured plastic(?) material, so you can pick what suits your pet better. I do not believe the pad is waterproof so maybe invest in a pee pad. It is easy to pack/store away because if you unzip the front window it folds up nicely. It is comfortable and convenient. However, the zippers could be a better quality. I have no fear of the front window becoming undone so my pet will stay safe, but it is a little tough to zip/unzip and I don’t open the side door because the zipper nearly broke on my second time opening it. Not a major deal for me personally because you can get your pet in/out with the larger front door but still. Also make sure you have a fan and some cold water for smaller/easily overheated pets on hotter days because despite the ventilation my thicker-furred rabbit still got a bit warmer than he and I would have liked. Overall a wonderful investment in my opinion!
