My cat Rufus loved this design BUT it broke within a week and caused us a lot of trauma !!!The wood definitely needs to be stronger.Broke within a week!!!WowCat got hurt.. won’t be buying again!

our cats love this! the white support bars are super helpful for the stability against the window. cats seem comfortable with the hammock part and it looks nice in our living room. it can also collapse to be put away if needed. after ~8 months, our cats were playing on it and it broke but we got a new one and continue to love the product

Metal supports very weak. One side snapped shortly after being used. Cat loved it until it broke

After reading the reviews for this thing I was hesitant. It was cheap so why not? But, other than having to make sure the velcro is fastened every now and then, my cat beats the crap out of this, stairs and all. She’s about 10 pounds. She sleeps plays, and jumps on this everyday. I’d say it’s the users problem if it doesn’t stay on the window. I double windexed and the bottom half isn’t even attached due to window film and it still holds her abuse.

Wood came split. Does not suction well. Not comfortable for the cats. I would give it zero stars if it allowed me too. Very disappointed.

The bars pop out of the hammock too easily. I will come home and it will be halfway hanging down. Maybe they can find a way to get the white bars to stay in place. Otherwise, she loves to sit in it and people watch. Just need that one major flaw to be addressed.

My cats love this window bed! It was easy to install, is sturdy, and the price was right. I will be honest and say after about 2.5 months of use (not even "heavy" use, mind you -- just the cats getting on and off it) I've had to reinforce one of the sides with duct tape because the arm keeps coming out of the bed, resulting in the bed drooping and the cats can't get on it.

I have a 3kg kitten and this broke within 24 hours - it just broke when he was sleeping on it and fell.Even if it didn't break, i would not recommend it: the metal rods are not attached to the wood in any way, you just insert them from both sides and hope that they don't slip out.The stairs have way better suction cups but they still fell a couple of times even though my cat has 0 interest in it and has not touched it.I am now in the process of returning the product and getting a refund. Don't waste your time and money. I ordered it from New Zealand, if you were like myself also looking for a window cat hammock, I recommend Buddy & Belle Window Perch that you can get from Petstock instead.
