It’s incredibly clean, easy to use, and the features are amazing.The AI-powered camera is surprisingly helpful. It recognizes each of my cats correctly, weighs them, and tracks their schedules. I get notifications if there’s any change in their behavior, which gives me peace of mind about their health. The app is intuitive, and having real-time updates about their activity and litter condition is a game-changer.The semi-automatic bag-sealing design is genius—no mess, no touching, just clean and hygienic. It’s super quiet, too, so it doesn’t disturb us, even when it’s running in the bedroom. The odor control system works perfectly, keeping the area completely fresh.The build quality is excellent, and the safety features, like anti-pinch protection and leak-proof design, are thoughtful additions. Plus, the large capacity means less frequent maintenance, which is a big win for a busy household like ours.Overall, this litter box has exceeded my expectations. As a longtime user of the Pura X, I was truly impressed by the new Purobot Max Pro! The price is more affordable compared to the Purobot Ultra, yet it still offers great features—including a built-in camera. Watching my cat use the litter box is unexpectedly entertaining!One of my favorite features is the waste covering setup, my big boy is not great at covering his own pee, so sometimes the litter doesn’t clump too well. With the covering setup, the litter tumbles twice before dumping, leaving no pee residue in the bottom.Another improvement is the way it handles litter—it feels much better than the first generation, and there’s no litter leaking from the bottom.The only downside? I find myself watching my cat use the litter box way too often… which makes me feel a bit creepy 😂. But hey, Garfield loves his attention, he always scream for me when he’s in the toilet.PETKIT really did some improvement on their products, I’m happy with my purchase and so is my big orange boy. He loves his new toilet.

So Glad I Upgraded!I was torn between just getting the upgraded drum for my old unit or going all in with the Purobot Max Pro Ultimate. In the end, I decided to go for the full upgrade—mainly because of the larger waste bin and the built-in camera—and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my choice!One feature that absolutely blew me away is the Drawstring waste packing. It’s so convenient—just one pull, and everything is packed up neatly without any mess. No more dealing with waste directly, which makes cleanup so much easier!Overall, this upgrade has been totally worth it. If you’re on the fence like I was, I’d say go for it—you won’t regret it!

I got this as a gift for my sister-in-law, who has two cats.This has some great features like the camera inside the box, deodorizing function, automatic bag sealing, some other small features as well.There were some issues at first. The box would not self-clean on its own and had to be done manually. I reached out to customer service and they were excellent. Turns out the issue was that the box was placed on carpet rather than wood or tile floors. A board was placed underneath and it has been working fine ever since.The clarity of the camera is really good and being able to keep an eye on a kitty that may have some health issues is great.Now, back to some of the features. The playback is only available with a paid monthly subscription, which, for this price, is ridiculous. I, personally, have another high-end litter box and don't have to pay a monthly fee to know which cat has used the box. I feel like that is a bit of price-gauging. But if you're willing to pay, to each their own.Overall, I feel like this is a good product. Just set your expectations regarding playback and monitoring the kitties more closely and the cost associated with that.
