I have three cats: one weighs 30 pounds, while the other two are small. I was getting pretty tired of cleaning up every day, so I finally decided to try smart litter. It was incredibly easy to set up without needing the instructions, and the quality looks great—most importantly, it fits my big cat! I'm excited to test out a couple of cleaning modes, and it operates smoothly and quietly. Although it was a bit confusing at first when it paused during loading, it ultimately completed the cleaning process. I discovered it comes with a smart sensor to prevent accidents. After using it for a week, everything has been going well, and it truly is smart. My three cats were curious at first; I let them explore it for a bit, and they adjusted just like they would with anything else, so there wasn't any difficulty for them to get used to it.

We’ve had a litter robot for over 4 years with lots of mechanical issues. The motor recently went (I think) and I thought I’d try a different, reasonably priced machine before spending the money to replace the motor and hope that was the issue. A new litter robot is ridiculously expensive - $700!!!!I like the aesthetics of this machine. Sleek, not too big and bulky. Super easy to put together, you don’t even need a manual which is good because the manual sucks for anything non assembly.The instructions for the control panel are just terrible. There are definitely language translation issues. I still have no idea what the different lights mean and when I’m supposed to empty it. It keeps stopping mid cycle and I’m not sure why. The app is also terrible. It doesn’t tell me how full it is, like the litter robot, and it doesn’t send me notifications to empty, like the litter robot. It looks like you have to pay to get notifications sent via sms or phone. But what about app notifications on your phone? I can’t figure that out and the instructions don’t help. I’ve searched tirelessly online, nothing. I even google photo searched the control panel, nothing. So I’m having to check it regularly to hope it’s not stuck mid cycle or full. It’s only been a few weeks so I can’t comment on the durability or parts breakage that we had with the litter robot but at least this machine is at a more reasonable price point if you have to replace it.You also have to make sure the litter is spread evenly when you fill it up or it will dump any extra in one spot. The litter robot design accounted for this.

I've had this litter box about 3 weeks now. Set up was easy, but I never got the app to work, but it wasn't something I cared about. I have 2 medium/large cats (12 and 14 pounds).My only complaint is that it's not easy to do a full litter change. I use Pretty Litter, a crystal based litter that absorbs urine. So after a couple weeks I need to replace all the litter and that was not an easy task.With that, I can go about a week before I need to empty the bag, which is mostly solid waste (it is a semi clumping formula so some of the urine got collected). I think when I switch to a clumping litter, with 2 indoor only cats, I'll need to replace the bag every 3-5 days. Still better and faster than sifting/scooping a litter box. I also bought a large carpet from costco to place in front. Cats track litter, but mine keep their head out and scratch backwards so at least they're not flinging litter out.Definitely get the bags, it makes clean up so quick.I will mention it doesn't stop odor, but it's not worse than a regular litter box. I mean, all litter boxes have a smell, they're essentially a porta potty for cats. Go into it with reasonable expectations. Be prepared to add extra litter every few days to replace what's been removed.I just love knowing my cats always have a clean spot to do their business, and I don't have to scoop anymore.

Straight out of the box it worked well and was surprisingly quiet. It arrived damaged, inside screen ripped. The after sale support does not exist. I tried emailing since no phone number exists; got no response. The App occasionally worked but was not accurate with anything; sorta worthless. My cat did not take to it at all because of how cramped it is on the inside. When he did use it, feces got stuck on the back of the drum because he couldn’t maneuver well enough and that then gets on him. Very gross! I contacted Amazon because the seller never responded about the screen and Amazon was great! So, as of now, there is no support from the seller at all, but Amazon saved the day and refunded my purchase. This may work very well for smaller cats but not my 22lb beast. Definitely choose another seller that’s reputable.Again, this box seems to work very well for others, it just didn’t work out for me and mine and customer service by a seller is everything.

This was worth every penny. My 2 cats use it all the time. Easy set up and always clean litter! No smell, we have ours right by the dinning room door and it is always clean. We never hear it moving. If you hate cleaning litter this is for you. My hubby just cleaned it for the 1st time and He said that was the easiest clean up ever. It has been over a week and no smell in the house. This litter box is #1 in our eyes.

The smell is unbearable, I empty the box daily because I have no other solution. The box does what it says it does. But the smell regardless of the substrate used is impossible. The only solution is to go back to the 10 euro one.

Por ahora he de decir que estoy muy contento con el producto, la única pega las instrucciones no son claras para el limpiado del equipo. Tengo dos gatos y la verdad que se han adaptado perfectamente, la limpieza es fácil una vez que sabes hacerla. Por ahora muy bien, tendré que ver la durabilidad del producto.

The device is stuck in paused mode and keeps displaying a message about the door anti-pinch sensor being triggered. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Very frustrating!
