I've had other automatic litter boxes before and they were a pain to clean and use.Things I like about this one:- Easy to set up. It was super easy to connect to my phone and wi-fi. Within a few minutes, I had everything set up and ready to go. No connectivity problems.- APP: I can set up profiles for both of my cats and can track who does their business when. It makes it super easy to keep tabs on my cats. I also get notifications when someone uses it.- Cleaning: the cleaning is so easy. I love the bin that collects all the waste. And I like that the app let me set a reminder for when to change the litter.- Size: It is big, but that means that there's plenty of space for my cats. I have a long haired cat who fits perfectly in it.This is easily the best (and best looking) litter box that I have used. Very impressed and will be looking at other products from this company in the future.

I’ve been a cat owner for many years and currently have three cats. Since they’ve always lived outdoors, I’ve been using traditional litter boxes. Recently, with the colder weather and my busy work schedule, I finally decided to give an automatic litter box a try. After using it for two or three days, I have to say it’s incredibly convenient. My cats now prefer using the new litter box, and I no longer have to scoop litter as frequently. There’s also significantly less odor. Even my boyfriend loves it. Our old litter box has been almost abandoned by the cats. However, I noticed that the space in the litter box isn’t suitable for male cats that stand while urinating. I can understand why some reviews mention leakage. If a cat sprays high and doesn’t aim directly at the litter, the urine can flow out through a small hole at the top or get stuck in the connection between the barrier and the pad. That said, for cats that use the box properly, this isn’t an issue.Another thing is that I’m not using PETKIT litter. Based on the instructions, if you use their litter, a full bag perfectly matches the max fill line. But since I’m using a different brand, I can’t see the max line when refilling, so I’m unsure how much litter to add.Lastly, regarding a commonly mentioned complaint about litter and urine getting stuck in the seam between the pad and the inner drum: I was initially worried that cleaning it might be a hassle. However, it seems the drum can be washed directly, so taking it outdoors and rinsing it off shouldn’t be too difficult.

My cats love it and it’s easy to use and setup was quick. The app is very helpful and alerts right away when the trash bin is full. It’s very easy to empty the trash and put in a new bag. There isn’t a lingering smell (only right after the cat goes #2 which is understandable). I use BoxiePro cat litter and haven’t had any issues. Refilling the litter isn’t too difficult, and if I’m short a little bit, I just add in more and level it out again. The only con is it isn’t very good at identifying which cat is using the box, but that isn’t a big deal to me.It was definitely worth the money spent.

I gave 4 stars simply because all but my older cat prefer the Litter Robot. From a personal standpoint I prefer the PETKIT litter box mostly because of the ease of maintenance. I am not technically savvy but if important to you, I had a harder time setting up PETKIT than the litter robot. PETKIT takes up less floor space and its cycling prevents curious kitties from interrupting. The litter robot will stop cycling when cats are detected however when multiple cats are involved, this can cause a problem. Overall, PETKIT it is half the price of litter robot and performs just as well if not better…in my opinion

This is my first time having a cat, and I just want to give her the best. Honestly, I had no idea what to pick at first, but after a friend recommended this machine, I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be way better than I expected—super convenient! I was a bit nervous at first because of some online reviews mentioning things like urine leaks or bad smells, but luckily, I haven’t had any of those problems. My little one is pretty clean and always uses the litter properly. After just a few days, I already feel like my life is so much easier. I don’t have to scoop or clean up anymore, and my cat seems to love it too!If there’s one funny downside, it’s that my cat refuses to come out of the machine! She just loves staying inside, and I think it’s because she finds it too cozy. Even when she doesn’t need to use it, she just curls up in there. Every time I call her to come out, she gives me this sad little look, like I’m interrupting her “me time.â€I’m starting to think I should get her a comfy little bed of her own—maybe then she’ll spend more time with me!

This thing is amazing. We got a rescue cat after not having cats for a few years. Forgot how much we HATED litter box duty. I was skeptical to pay so much for a litter box but thought we would try it. Totally worth every penny. Had it for about 10 days now and we love it. Other than immediately when she goes you cannot smell anything. The only other time you can is when you change out the poop bag and open up the canister it is in. If you have an extra curious or skittish cat, then I recommend the setting that it won't stop if your cat approaches because ours kept stopping it mid cleaning so the poop kept stopping and sitting on the walls and top of it. Once I changed that setting it hasn't been an issue. Loved this litter box so much we bought one for their water fountains and auto feeders. Owning a cat has never been so easy lol
