This thing is a huge disappointment.The dumping feature is slow and takes forever. The litter storage gets cat waiste trapped in it and never properly cleans the litter.The worst part is every day or two it dumps clumped litter all over the floor. Horrible product would not recommend.

I read reviews for weeks before I bought this one. I’ll keep it simple.Pros-QuietNo scoopingNo smellsEasy to set up & useGreat for multiple catsUses less litter than regular boxesEfficientOpen design great for any size catBags are super easy to use and dispose ofPrice is affordableCons-Sometimes the litter clumps get stuck in grate (not avoidable) but also not a huge deal for me. They come out eventually or you could clean them if you choose.Sometimes it dumps some litter in floor (possibly due to what is listed above or if you use too much liter) I just did simple sweep up with a broom which I do anyway.Liter gets in the floor around the area from the cats paws. I could probably get a liter Mat to resolve this but haven’t yet.Overall I very happy with this & would highly recommend!

I had an expensive whisker cat litter box that broke down in less than three years so if this one breaks down in about the same amount of time, it will be well worth the price. I could’ve bought four of these for the price of the whisker this one’s lighter weight so it’s easier to pick up when you want to clean it.

I was worried because of the cost but it is quiet, easy to assemble and easy to clean! I think it needs a little ramp or a step for older cats as it has little legs to raise it off the floor... and a litter mat is a must because they must jump down from it instead of just stepping out.

THE CORD WAS BROKEN !! HOW DO I GET A NEW ONE !!! HELP PLEASE 😠I JUST BOUGHT THIS AND WHEN I OPENED IT AND SET IT UP THE CORD DOSNT WORK ON IT.
