This piece of equipment has made my life a million times easier. It fits perfect on my harness and makes mobility so much easier with a chainsaw. Very sturdy and well built. If you're thinking about buying it, do it!

It fits nice and secure on your harness, easy to put on. This is the big one. I have the smaller one too and I like both. This one is alot more heavy duty than the smaller one, but both work great for attaching things that need to be removed off and on from your harness (water bottles, ropes, whatever). My plan for the big one is to use with my chainsaw but I haven't done that yet, but I'm sure it will handle it.

This is primarily for keeping webbing, prusiks, carabiners and smaller pulleys on a harness. Items that would be nice to have close at hand in a moment, not buried in a pouch. DO NOT use it for load bearing, as it is not made for that usage.. Unlike most Petzl gear it isn't made of solid gold and inlayed with diamonds..

This caritool is specifically NOT designed for climbing, and is therefor considerably lighter.Well made high quality plastics and metal clip back.Works well as a part of the Caritool system, or just stand alone; even balanced to clip the correct way up on a belt.WOULD HIGHLY recommend this genuine Petzl handy clip.
