Bought this string to restring 3 (very old) aluminum Levolor miniblinds. Took a couple of hours to do all three- tedious but not difficult. One other reviewer mentioned melting the two ends of the old and new strings together before pulling the cord through. This took a couple of tries for each blind but it was well worth the effort! Once securely attached to one another it was a strong enough bond to pull the string through the blind slats, up and over the top and back down through the other side. This string was just a smidge narrower than the old string but is working great! The blind glides up and down very smoothly... never thought it would be such a satisfying result! I highly recommend this string if you have old but still good miniblinds to repair.

Wry lightweight but also strong cord. I used it to replace worn out fiber cords on my roll up bamboo blinds. It works perfectly, looks good, and should last quite a while. Very pleased.

I needed a small diameter, wear resistant, strong cord. This cord is perfect for my purpose. Lots more than I needed, but worth the price.

After much trial and error to find the right sizes string to replace the broken string to pull up my corded blinds, this one was finally the right one. It's important to get the same thickness for the cord that is used to lift the blind because there are usually 2 (1 for each side) and they both get held by a tension roller when the blind is pulled up. If not the same size then only one side will be held up. I ended up buying several options with free returns and checking the width before opening any packages to find the right size (so they could still be returned if wrong). This width worked for my hunter Douglas blinds. this cord looks almost identical in size and quality. Hope this info helps you with your repairs.

I use a black 1.5mm nylon cord (the inner cord) to make bracelets. My go-to cord changed construction, and I've been looking for a replacement. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. The cord is very strong but flexible and has a nice sheen without the "sparkle" like other brands. This is now going to be my go-to 1.5mm cord.

The first issue was several bobbins were broken which could have caused injury if one is not careful due to the sharp edges. Also, like another review, the cord is wound terribly and looks incomplete. I would have to measure each color to ensure I received what I paid for. Other than these issues, the cord looks durable enough. Can’t say I would purchase again.

I have a Wind Chime that I have had for over a decade. It produces good chimes when the wind blows. I was heart broken when the cords holding the metal tubes broke. The Black Nylon Cord was exactly what I needed to completely rebuild my Wind Chime.

This blind cord was purchased to replace a worn cord on a wooden-slat venetian blind. Exactly what was needed! (Too bad it didn't come with extensive instructions on how to actually get the blind level and working properly.) This cord is a perfect match to existing cords in my blinds. Should also come with a listing of divorce lawyers if doing this with a spouse! lol

The rolls of all the thread colour are not of the same length, some spools are less than the others, especially the bright ones. That's sad. Otherwise the quality is good.
