I got this about a week into COVID, because I cannot get my work done efficiently with just my laptop screen. It's been GREAT, and I do use it interchangeably with my junky work PC and my personal MacBook Pro. In the morning, it gets a lot of direct sunlight and has no painful glare... a smidge hard to see, but we're talking 9am summer sun. Nothing is easy to see in that. I have it on a dark charcoal wall, and it looks sleek when powered off, due to the matte screen. It's mounted on the wall in one of those leaning desks from Crate & Barrel, and if I had more desk space, I'd buy a second. Oh well! #apartmentlife.

Would buy it again!The monitor is a good purchase for the price-point, especially if you get a good deal.Major pros: Thin edges, slick design, good construction and good image quality (although is not super high resolution, it still works wonders as a second screen).Major con: The stand and the connections are made of plastic, and the monitor swings a lot as you lean in your desk (in fact is doing that as I type this review). This wont be a problem if you are planning to put it on a wall mount or a separate desk.Don't expect to rely on the built-in speakers, as they are very low quality.

The screen is a nice size but the speakers are weak and not loud enough. I had to buy a mini sound bar to go with it and Im not happy about it. Also the screen doesnt work with my 1080P Cable box resolution.

I have been using this IPS panel for a week or so now, and I really enjoy it. The blacks are deep, the colours are accurate, and there is very minimal backlight bleed so far. The IO options are great to have, and theres a low-blue feature which is also decent. I dont recommend using it with the built in speakers, as they are pretty weak and dont do the sound justice (not horrendous but not great either). Slim bezel, amazing picture, decent menu settings, VESA mount option, with both HDMI and DisplayPort IO, this is a great buy at this price point. A couple of things i wanna mention: The screen is 60Hz with a relatively long input lag, smearing/ghosting will occur if gaming and will cap at 60fps, and the VESA screws are not included or talked about in the manual (They are M4 size, 10mm + whatever thickness the mount itself is). All in all, I recommend this product (but not for gaming purposes obviously).

Philips Full HD LCD Monitor 243V7QJAB 24-Inch Screen LCD was well packed and easy to set up using the online manual that I downloaded. Color calibrated the monitor to match what I printed, and the photographs have been stunning. Extremely impressed with the overall quality and sharp picture produced by this monitor. The 23.8" screen is perfect for my workstation.I highly recommend this monitor based on price & performance.

Monitor was wonderful except the HDMI cable that came with it doesn't work. Used back my old cable and it is now working fine.
