Nice quality and well made soundbar easy setup only you need is optical did come with one luckily I had one already from old soundbar .At the price range not bad not a deep bass sound but is much better then the tv speakers it does the job very easy setup only the app was super fast to connect to my iPhone quality of sound is much better on Bluetooth mode listening to music plus movies great price and a well made speaker I recommend this soundbar

This was not only a super deal which probably would not be found at the price that i paid for. The quality of this item is truly wonderful. Crisp, pure sound with full stereo effects and bass flex. Phillips is a greatly known product, particularly in Europe and has the quality that has been known for generations. You will not be disappointed with this soundbar. Feel free to add a sub-woofer element, however its not truly necessary, depending on the size of your room. As a musician and studio composer, producer, i must say that Phillips Soundbar excels. Easy setup, bluetooth connectivity or HDMI connect.

It really sounds good. It was a great and simple plug and play enhancement. You will need an HDMI cord if you want to connect that way. Great buy for the price.

This is the first audio product I’ve purchased that comes with zero cables. Pretty much anything I’ve ordered in the past 10 years comes with all possible cables…because they’re cheap af to produce. I havent even tested the product yet because now, after waiting anxiously for this to arrive…I cant even use it until I order and receive a cable. May revise my review when that arrives but i’m not really happy to receive a product that I can’t even use straight out of the box. Should have a VERY CLEAR WARNING that cables must be purchased separately.

Got a new TV and needed better audio. I wasn't looking for home theatre or anything with a lot of bells and whistles so this soundbar was perfect. Especially the price! The set up was automatic, I didn't have to do anything except turn on my new Samsung TV. It's not too big and the sound is exactly what I wanted. My TV remote worked on it immediately too. If you're looking for better sound than TV speakers and don't want to pay a fortune, this will do the job. Highly recommend.

If you get it to work, it sounds extremely tinny with absolutely no depth and the EQ settings don't make it any better. Following the instructions to the T doesn't make it work. Days of experimentation finally make it come to life, and then it won't work tomorrow. The requirement to link it to Google Home offers absolutely nothing other than a volume control on your phone. It doesn't reliably join in with the other HDMI equipment, so if you want it to work every time without fuss you must use an optical cable to make it work, which also means you can't use the common remotes to control the volume, etc., thus you always must keep the ridiculous remote it came with to control it separately. Not enough control to set the speakers or the subwoofer to any personalized levels, which is very frustrating since they put out almost no sound - most of the time you don't even know if they are working. Unfortunately, I'm keeping it because someone being a big help has already destroyed the box, and there is a part of me that thinks I might be able to get it to work; if I do I will post a new review.***UPDATE FOR THE NEW YEAR*** If your TV speakers really do a good job and you just want your friends to see you have a soundbar taking up space, then this is the set for you. When it works, it's okay, but most of the time I get frustrated trying to get it to work and just turn the TV speakers back on. You get what you pay for I guess. Next time I'll just go with the Amazon brand - bad idea trying a name I knew.

Used the ARC method to connect with an HDMI cable and it seamlessly integrated with my Samsung TV. Just enough volume, bass, and sound quality for my room, where the TV is located. Has two or three EQ settings which I tried, but the basic one sounded best for streaming movies. Best thing is now I just use the TV remote to control everything.

Ich habe einen Fernseher von Philips und dadurch ist die PCM-Verbindung wirklich einfach (einige Funktionen der Soundbar werden direkt von der TV-Fernbedienung automatisch verwaltet, ohne etwas einstellen zu müssen). Die Klangqualität ist sehr gut, die Töne sind klar und der Bass des Subwoofers ist tief und ohne Verzerrungen - manchmal wird die Verbindung für einige Momente unterbrochen, aber es kann durch plötzliche Störungen von anderen Geräten im Haus verursacht werden, aber dieses Problem ist wirklich selten -Nur sehr wenige Fernsehsendungen und sehr wenige Filme bieten DOLBY ATMOS-Audio an, aber wenn dies vorhanden ist ... nun, das kann man wirklich merken, in einer Szene aus einem Film kam ein Hubschrauber an, der noch nicht auf dem Bildschirm zu sehen war, und ich konnte fühlen, wie es hinter mir kam, bis es auftauchte, aber in diesem Moment drehte ich mich um, weil ich dachte, es wäre wirklich im Himmel über meinem Haus!Die Bluetooth-Verbindung mit anderen Geräten eignet sich auch hervorragend, um die Soundbar als Lautsprecher zu verwenden.Das Design ist sehr schön und die Qualität der Materialien ist ausgezeichnet.Ich habe von vielen Leuten gelesen, die die Soundbar in schlechtem Zustand erhalten haben, weil die Verpackung beschädigt war: In meinem Fall ist dies nicht passiert, das Produkt ist unversehrt und einwandfrei angekommen.Wichtig ist meiner Meinung nach, dass es sich um ein semiprofessionelles Gerät handelt, das den enormen Vorteil hat, in wenigen Minuten installiert zu sein, mit sehr wenigen Kabeln, praktisch nur drei insgesamt (der Subwoofer ist Bluetooth, hat also nur ein eigenes Stromkabel) und das bietet eine wirklich gute Klangqualität, daher ist es nicht fair, es mit 5.1-Systemen höherer Preisklassen zu vergleichen. Der Vergleich muss sich auf den Bereich der Soundbars beschränken und das ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und ich empfehle es, wenn Sie ein schönes Produkt haben möchten, von hoher Qualität und ohne viel Geld auszugeben.

Philips is trusted brand. I have been using Philips Home theatre HTS3152 since 8 years. Hence have gone for Philips TAPB603 this time.Writing this review after usage of around 15 days. Won't regret it. Awesome product.All connections working fine. ARC, HDMI Passthrough, Bluetooth, USB, Aux.. no problems at all. Sound quality is fabulous. You can really feel surround sound due to DOLBY ATMOS technology on ARC / Optixal ports.3.1 Channel where you can adjust Bass, Treble separately. Also, centre speaker sound can be adjusted. Wow.If you have budget go for it guys. Total value for money.

Super barre de son achetée neuve au bon moment à 249€Qualité et puissance au rdv de plus j'ai vue que certains commentaires disait que l'affichage led gênait lors de visionnage de film dans le noir mais sur ce modèle le bouton "dimmer" de la télécommande permet de le réduire et même de l'enlever donc pas de souci pour moi de se côtés là .Après de nombreuses recherches je trouve que c'est une des meilleurs barre de son dans ça catégorie un très bon rapport qualité prix ! :)Le câble hdmi ARC fournit avec permet de connecter tout les appareils à la barre de son avec un seul câble super pratique

I went back and forth with a number of soundbars - checking reviews, features, price, ease of use etc., and settled on this one. It has great sound and even on less than half max volume it is very substantial in creating a rumble effect. Sound travels to the room underneath on volume setting 14 but transfers as a low bass (the subwoofer is on the floor though) however it doesn't penetrate horizontally to 2 rooms away (1 room away it does but fortunately that is unoccupied) We had it at full volume (32) for about 5 secs before deciding it was probably not wise if we intended to require windows that were not blown out. (it's very loud)This is in my son's bedroom and I work nights so sleep during the day and if he has it on a volume setting up to 15 I have no clue it is even on. Does not disturb me with the advantage of having a room between us. He is very impressed with it. His new favourite toy he says. He's a baker and he says he reckons even with the noise of mixers, ovens and associated machinery in the bakery the sound bar would cut through that and drown them out. Unfortunately his boss won't let him test that theory.Above volume 15 and in the room below his you can make out lyrics from music but also with a TV on in the room below it again just becomes a background bass-y rumble that fades into the background once you get immersed in the TV you are watching.I have read reviews about the scrolling text being distracting even on the dimmed setting. I asked my son about this - his first response 'What scrolling text?' then after watching the display he said 'That reviewer needs to stop being so easily distracted' He says if you are concentrating on what you are watching or playing it doesn't distract you, you have to actively look down at the soundbar. It could also possibly be a placement issue with the reviewer. My son has it below the TV but it is also wall mountable and comes with some fittings.It did take a few goes to get it connected and even now 11 days later neither me or my son are quite sure how we got it working as we thought we'd tried every combination and we still couldn't do it but then suddenly it came to life. I'm quite willing to accept unknown forces played a part, magic is real!We have it connected through HDMI(ARC) - not gonna lie had to google that, didn't have a clue. Check your TV has a HDMI port with ARC support for this. It will say ARC in brackets next to one of the HDMI ports on your TV. However, I believe it can also connect through regular HDMI.Price is very reasonable and being able to get it on monthly payments through Amazon made the price easier to handle.One very impressed gadget-loving-console-playing son on his 23rd birthday and one happy mum to have monthly payments with a son's birthday 20 days before Christmas.
