Fantastic sharpness and great contrast. Used mainly for photo editing and the 4K ultra HD is priceless when it comes to fine detail. Monitor tends to be a bit bright and the brightness has to be modified using both the native (on board) setup as well as Windows 10 control to keep the monitor from being too bright. NVidia settings tend to not get loaded on boot and just going into the nvidia setup after boot will allow you to re-apply the needed settings. Not sure if that a Windows issue or Nvidia issue. only takes a few seconds to re-assert the nvidia setting so never pursued a complete fix.Compared to other large monitors, this monitor is equal to other much higher priced monitors and in many cases, its better in sharpness and clarity. The curved display is great for reducing eyestrain when using the entire area for detail photo editing

While the initial setup was relatively easy, it soon proved impossible to turn this into a usable device. First, the brightness was all out of whack. Even on minimum brightness, some areas were just still too bright and glaring. Second, the colors could never be set right--it was as if there was background "whiteness" that would just never go away after many adjustments of settings. And finally, the nail in the coffin: text was foggy, unresolved, and was just a plain headache to read. It was as if the true resolution was considerably worse than what was advertised! It's difficult to believe that this is a genuine Phillips product. We went to Best Buy and bought a much cheaper Acer monitor (not the best brand, but it's what they had, and it works very well).

Only HDMI port works. Having the option of USB port would be nice, but none of them worked on mine. Too late to return.

I purchased this as a gift for my 15 year old grandson who specifically requested a monitor that included USB ports. He was happy with this monitor and all of the different ports available for use. He said that the speakers are decent as well. It seems to be a great product with a wallet friendly price point.

Plug-and-Play, no issues when first connected, works just fine.Positive - I like the vertical height adjustment, the tilt and the rotation. I have limited vertical space and this monitor fits into what's available vertical space wise.Negative - Some higher than expected light bleed on the right side, but as I bought this for work, I don't care as I don't do gaming or watch TV on it. If I did, I would not have gotten this monitor (I have a 34" wide ~4k LG for that)
