This little printer has been a life saver. No more printing a label on regular paper and cutting it to size and then taping it onto the envelope with tons of tape. It was incredibly easy to set up, although it did take me a few minutes to figure out that I had to watch the how to videos before I could import a label to print, I finally figured it out and since then I have had no issues at all. It prints perfectly every single time without any delays or any hitches. I highly recommend this printer for your label printing needs.

Clear printing, easy autofeeding, and simple to use app. Labelife app connects super easy over Bluetooth and allows to print picture (thermal so black and white) which is great if you have have a bundle to select and print. It will auto find the edge when feeding but for sure check where you want it to start.It was super easy to use and I got this for my Amazon returns since I use a package delivery for returns. After enough frustration with Uber drivers not sure what to scan or do I figured I'd just print the QR code or Label on the 4x6 which is very visible for the UPS employee to scan, while not relying on the Uber drivers phone getting the QR Codes. It's a redundancy that's been successful with this printer and it's size.The quality is clear and great for my needs, and again super easy to use, had it connected and set up to print in minutes. It even came with a Mac adapter but I just needed it for the Bluetooth which does work.

This little printer is great! The labels line up well and it's super easy to use with Canva or even with the Labellife app. Would highly recommend!

I purchased this for my business and I'm not sure I'm satisfied with it. It took me several attempts to figure out how to print properly. The instructions are not clear and for someone who's never used a thermal printer, step by step would be nice. I had it set to ONE print and it just kept messing up, so I added two labels instead and it finally print right.I also am struggling to get this to print from my computer which isn't the end of the world but I would really prefer to use my computer for designs and printing over my phone. It keeps saying that I need to "add the printer", which I have...it's showing up and I've taken every step to make sure I'm good. Nothing. It will not work.I tried with the cable and with bluetooth. Since connecting bluetooth, it won't even connect with the cable now. The cable is loose, so I'm going to assume this is why. I literally JUST opened and used it for the first time in the last 20 minutes.Kind of a disappointment.

The printer works well. Printing is relatively sharp, and fast, and the printer is portable. The software is bad. The printer cannot be used in Windows and the installation is difficult. There is a software app that can be downloaded and printing must be done from that app. The App is terrible! It has no image select, rotate, or zoom features. There is a global zoom but it does not affect the printed area. I got this to print Amazon labels from time to time and I must import the label into other programs to manipulate and save a PDF file to be subsequently used with this printer's software. TIME CONSUMING!

Good quality prints past. Very small doesn’t take up a lot of space and very easy to use!!! Would recommend this to anyone. Great product and worth every penny
