On January 28, 2023, I left a review expressing my disappointment after receiving a PhoneSoap with a faulty bulb. The company reached out promptly to make it right. Talk about great customer service! On Monday, February 6, my husband and I received a replacement PhoneSoap and it works great. My husband and I are happy and we will continue to be loyal PhoneSoap users.--------------My husband and I purchased this phonesoap to disinfect our phones. This is the second phonesoap we’ve purchased and the third we’ve had. The first one was a gift. We’ve learned that the bulbs don’t last forever, which is why we’ve had to purchase multiple. However, with this last purchase, the phonesoap was delivered with the bulb on the lid already defective (doesn’t turn on). Unfortunately, my husband damaged the phonesoap trying to figure out what the problem was and therefore we can’t return it.

I don’t usually review products because I buy from Amazon so frequently, but I have a longstanding “thing†with how gross phones get from everyday use (10x more bacteria than a public toilet seat). I was the guy who used alcohol wipes on my case and screen protector every single day like clockwork. Then I came across SoapBox…..total game changer! Place your phone in the box, let it ‘bake’ for the ten (10) required minutes, and wallah, a disinfected phone! I’ll never again live without a SoapBox (or three) in my life!

I've become a bit of a germophobe so I love the idea of every night before bed putting my phone on the charger and setting it in this little box to sanitize it. Now I don't have a microscope or anything so I can't testify to whether or not it really does its job, but based on other reviews & their pictures/proof I'll say it probably does.I really enjoy this thing. It's sleek and simple to figure out. If the lightning bolt is lit up, it's doing its thing. However, I wish there was a power button. Every single time that lid moves or gets jostled for whatever reason, it's gonna sanitize for 10 minutes. So for that I knocked off a star. But it's still a really great product and I would buy it again.

Anniversary gift for my husband. He loves it. His phone is in an Otter Box. It all fits. Just close it & when the light goes off the bugs are gone!

Large enough for iPhone in a leather case and wallet, keys, etc. Vvery worthwhile purchase. Deducted one star because does not have automatic shut off.I stand corrected. It does shut off after 10 minutes. My mistake. Very satisfied.

Seems well made. There is no usb port on the device to plug a phone into (some pictures show one), but the device charger wire itself terminates with a USB plug and brick. That may be important to someone hoping to use it in their car. Obviously no idea if it really works, but I guess we have to trust the testing labs on that one.

The package you could tell was opened prior and taped back shut. The power cord was missing, there was no directions. Luckily you can use a phone cord to power it.As for the sanitizing, I think it's working. Yes u plug it in and put in your phone, the light turns green then after 10 minutes the light goes off.

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift to my boss who cleans his phone all the time using alcohol. He loves it and uses it all the time now. He no longer cleans with alcohol. It is compact and easy to use. Manual has simple instructions that anyone can follow.It was packaged well.
