I find it very useful and functional for my Sansui amplifier and turntable, it worked very well from the beginning and helps a lot in identifying each sound, I recommend it

I was looking for a way to use my Sony amplified speaker with my vintage turntable without using my receiver. Although it initially worked there was insufficient sound volume from the speaker. The Jancane preamp solved the problem perfectly. I now am able to connect my turntable directly to the speaker and the sound quality is great. Thanks for a great product at a fair price.

Only thing I would complain about is that it doesn't in my opinion boost the signal enough. Otherwise it works fine. Using with a analog turntable with one of the newer amps without the phono ports.

Let’s start with functionality. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Does it do it great? No does it do the job? Yes without a doubt. In terms of amplification it lacks in this department as I’m having turn up the volume levels more than normal while using this.It comes with a power supply which was faulty out of the box. It kept losing power to the box due to some loose wire connection between the wall plug and power plug to the box. I had another power supply in a box of cables. I threw the one in box away.In conclusion, for the price I can’t really complain, but I was honestly expecting a little more. I’m giving it 3 star as it does work. 2 star hit because of faulty plug and low output.

The system arrived in time and was easy to use and setup.The issue was that it is not an Australian power plug so I had to buy an adapter. I was not expecting this annoyance and cost
