I purchased other brand product, no comparison to this one, I am very happy with this item…. excellent materials and flexibility of use… just a couple of comments though…. The ‘bands’ though very good, are too long in that they can’t be shorten where workouts are needed, specially when one is not a tall person. Maybe if there was a way to shorten the bands to make for more flexibility in workouts? It would surely help!

When I first received my package everything but one part of the bar worked great, the thread's were not screwing together, I message the company and they sent me another package with a bar free of charge. It works great, I love it!

I got this for the bar. The bar helps me to be more creative and versatile with my exercises. I don’t find the bands to have much resistance as the ones I have already, but they work fine.

They arent bad. But not really that great either. 2 of the caribiners didnt latch and one broke first thing. Also 1 band per pound set is looser than the other and the bar makes an ear piercing squeak when you screw it together. They work. They just arent the best.

I bought this in January for strength training for my daughter whom is 10 and plays travel softball and the item cords broke out of nowhere this product is not worth what you pay for it

Iv been searching for something to add to my home work out, and this is perfect! I like the choices of resistance bands they have with more resistance than other brands I was looking at, I highly recommend this!

saves a ton of space and easy storage for resistance training. I've now incorporated this as my warmup for squats then switch to heavy weights.Great product!

Mainly purchased for the bar itself, but was alright with the bands and everything that was included. Used a 30lb band to do some shoulder raises and it snaps internally. Doesn't really raise much confidence in the rest of the kit.
