I bought it because my high speed pinball machine wasn't making the ramp on shooting... it's supposed to. It was easy to replace, however wasn't much a difference. I then took it out, attached a weight to the end of it, so it was stretched, and re-annealed it with a lighter. Now it hits the ramp 85% of the time! Nice.
