I was initially sent a deconstructed version of this product. It came in a plastic bag with no packaging and the magnet was separate from the two plastic halves of the pin cushion. In trying to figure out how in the heck to put it together, I accidentally snapped the plastic halves together without the magnet inside—and then was unable to open them back up to get it in! I requested an exchange. The second version came fully put together and in its original packaging. Not sure what I got before or why it was sent like that.The cushion is very sturdy, the magnet is strong, and the poles are aligned so that your pins will all lay neatly top to toe rather than a big sharp mess of pins. I sew in my kitchen so it’s important that I don’t leave pins lying all around when I’m done. I sweep this cushion over the table and floor and it easily snaps up any stray pins that I might have missed. I also use sewing clips and it holds them just as well. I only have to toss the clip in the direction of the cushion and it seems to grab them right out of the air. Well worth the money and I wish I had ordered this a long time ago!

These pin holders from Blue Feather hold the pins well, and yet the magnets are just right so that they're not pulling everything in sight. They hold a fair amount of pins, but the holders are small enough that they don't intrude into my very limited sewing table space. There are only 2 colors available, but I happen to love those colors and they work well in my sewing space. I would definitely would recommend.

I’m a casual sewing hobbyist. Is it weird to get so enthusiastic over some pins and a magnetic pin block? Yes, but that’s where we are.I love this whole set: the magnet is pretty powerful, and the size is right to hold a large number of pins. I like how it’s a little concave, so the pins sort of nestle in, and you’re less likely to jostle one out and lose it. It’s heavy enough to feel sturdy, but not so heavy it’s a brick.Also, I’ve become a huge convert to the longer, flat-head pins included with the magnet. For over a decade, I’ve been using the shorter (standard, 1.5 inch-ish) pins with the round head. Using these longer (2 inch-ish) flat head pins makes pinning fabrics easier, as they lay flatter and cover more fabric. It feels downright bougie, and I love it.This product is an all around YAY from me, and I’m happy with the purchase. I would easily recommend this block and these pins.

This magnetic pin holder is perfect for using with my projects. The magnet is strong and holds my sewing pins securely. It has enough weight to it that I can set it beside my projects, feeling confident that it won't fall or accidently be brushed aside. It is quicker and handier to drop my pins onto this than to push them into a pin cushion, which sometimes topples over when I use it. I like this product and purchased two.

Love these magnetic pin holders. They save time since I can toss the pins towards them and they stick on. Also if pins are laying around or fall to the floor I can just hover this over them and "sucks" them right up. I bought 2 and wish I had an additional one for my ironing station as well as cutting and sewing machine areas. I may have to order another 1 or 2.

Easy to use and no more trying to poke pins into a pin cushion while sewing. Stays right on my Bernina 880 sewing plate and still gives me room to sew.

I like the look of the product. It is a nice size AND came with pins! The pins are a good length, and easy to grasp! I am older have some arthritis in my fingers! Will the flat heads break off? Sure, eventually, but nothing that has frequent use lasts forever. I just wish they were a little sharper!I have ordered many different kinds of pins and have been disappointed with the quality for the high prices and ended up returning them.

Love this color for my sewing corner and keeping pins and sewing feet I'm using close by.Good for screws bolts small nails working on projects too
