Quality product. It does not affect sensitivity. Quick delivery. Great value for the money. I did put the end cap in hot water prior to install. Slipped right on and molded itself to my pinpointer. I have many hours using 1 of them and have had no issues with it coming off. It also has minimal signs of wear and my ground is pretty rough.

It's tight, but, yeah, it fits. Wish it was longer to cover more of the sides. Doesn't appear to effect detection.

I bought this for a minelab 40 series pinpointer. Fits snuggly and doesn't come off unless you work at it. I'm sure it would fit great on other pinpointers but can't say for sure because I've only tried it with the one I have. It's the same material as some tool handles. Kind of a rubbery material. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to protect the end of their expensive pinpointer.
