This product took a few days to get to me but that was fine. It looked just like the picture. This was for a clients pool. It was easy to install and there were no problems with anything missing or damaged. After installation the customer was happy and she thought it looked great and served its purpose well. I would buy again from this company.

This is the second pool railing that I put in… it’s easier the second time. The drill which is supplied Is an SDS-max drill, not the more usual (for DIYers) SDS+… so if you don’t have one of those big hammer construction drills you have to match it up with either an SDS+ or a round shaft drill to go with your hammer drill.I recommend making a start point by marking the holes with a magic marker then hammering a small hole with a point-set.In any case, I’d do it again. Great product.

I received the product used. There are dents, scuffs, and finger prints all over. The packaging inside the box was taped with regular tape (not packing tape) and had long hair stuck to it. I paid for a new product, not used. Extremely disappointed.

Heavy gauge stainless steel with a heavy gauge mounting plate. Once mounted with included hardware, it will not move. Perfect handrail for exiting a hot tub.

I was skeptical of this since no one had reviewed it and it was new to Amazon. But it shipped ultra fast and was exactly as described. Quality is excellent and came with bolts, drill bit, anchors and wrench. The anchors were plastic so I replaced with lead anchors. Easy install and looks great. Time will tell if the 314ss will holdup. Great price for this handrail.

Hubby felt he needed a bar to grab while going up the pool stairs. This was easy to install - very sturdy and can't beat the price. The fact that it has a coating on it to prevent you from burning your hand made it a no brainer. Sure to last for many years!
