Came wrapped up for protection in shipping to keep the handle looking great. No instructions but easy to figure out. Drilling requires drill to have large chuck which I did not have but I have cement drill bits which worked well. It was easy installment and the product seems safe and secure. It will serve well to assist myself and others in using the stairs of my pool.

I was honestly surprised at the quality and the ease of installation. I did buy different bolts and lags, (Thought the metal ones supplied might rust over time so I bought lead inserts & Stainless bolts) and honestly 25 minutes later I was admiring my work.

Took about 45 minutes to install. All materials seem to be of high quality. Been in for 2 weeks so waiting to see if any rust decides to show up. Overall very pleased and would recommend. Side note.....the drill bit provided was on it's last leg on the 4th hole into the concrete, but did the job.

We used on our wooden deck to get in and out of the pool, my husband did have to use two two by fours to get hight but bolted down and so much safer and secure.

My pool company wanted 1,000.00 dollars for a pool rail.. One, I can't afford that. I purchased a hammer drill for 40 bucks and while the drill bit left something to be desired.. It was probably more me than the bit... Check each hole after you drill into concrete...someone suggested a smaller bit to keep things straight... Gotta have the tools but that rail is not going anywhere... The wife loves it... she used to use a chair... not anymore...You can't get anybody to come out to your home anymore unless you have the big bucks... so learn how to do it yourself..
