The latch works great. The holes.from the old latch did not line up with the new one. Easy to drill four holes and pop rivet the latch into place.

I replaced the old lock without a key with the new one, the replacement is straightforward. Remove the rivets off the old lock, the fit was easy, confirmed the adjustment of the lock rods and installed the new supplied rivets. Locks work perfect.

I have a diamond plate tool box in the bed of my truck and have had it for about 18 years. I have used it in three different trucks. The spring in one of the latches finally broke so it would not latch on one side. these latches were a direct replacement. All I had to do was drill out the rivets on the old latch and these fit perfectly in it's place. I did have to purchase an inexpensive rivet gun to install them but it was very simple to do and looks just like the originals.
