I was looking for a slight upgrade to the bass in my 1996 bmw e36 and took a chance with this brand. Installation is simple and the sound is just right for what I need. You just need to play around with the settings on the amp as well as EQ on your Headunit until you get the sound right. It includes a bass level knob which can be mounted near you for easy access while driving. I've had this unit for about 3 months and it's holding up great.

Put this uder my back seat in a 2012 fordf150 new 50 wt p chnl head unit it sounds soooo good not trying to thump the neighborhood it makes my truck very rich BASS MAKES YOUR SYSTEM

So here’s my personal opinion. It’s worth the price. I installed mine under the back seat of my 2012 4 door Jeep Wrangler that had absolutely NO bass whatsoever. It gave me all the bass I needed and more, based on the music I normally listen to. I generally listen to a lot of rock/country music from all the way back in the 50s, up to the newest rock out right now. Sounds absolutely fantastic and has plenty of thump even in a 4 door Jeep. However, if you listen to a lot of rap music that hits a lower bass note, this is not the kit for you. Its power is best in the mid range. No where near a 10†in a vented box, but does give a boost over factory. Quick and easy install, done all wiring and tucking along with tuning the sound within 2 hours.Overall: if you like rock/country music, this is for you. The sound is amazing. If you like rap, there’s a decent amount to be desired here but still an upgrade.

Sounded good at first, surprising amount of bass from such a small box. But after about 8 months it sometimes wouldn't turn on even though it was getting 12v at both the main power and remote wires and had a good solid ground. Eventually it just quit turning on at all. Fuse still good, nothing visible damaged inside or out. What a waste of money.

I wasn’t expecting a lot for the price but this little sub made all the difference in making my VERY low price system I put in 2003 Jeep Wrangler. I literally spent $250 on speakers and an ok CarPlay head unit, and with this powered sub added in it’s one of the best sounding systems I’ve owned. NO I don’t care to have a POUNDING system, just wanted something to make anything I listen to sound decent, and this thing rounds out any shortcomings from the other speakers, plus all the bass I would care about.
