Was worried it would not be stiff enough. Works perfect for taking water samples. Can drop and it will not break. Thought when I ordered it that it would be too flimsy but it is not.

This was exactly as advertised and I put it to use immediately for growing bacteria!It autoclaved well and is snug on the shaker unlike a borosilicate flask would be.

These are just what I needed to upgrade the kids science experiment set I got my 7 year old grandson! I felt like all the kits I found were slightly lacking in the equipment department. I wanted him to feel like a real scientist & these are perfect! I was also glad to find them in a plastic version (instead of glass) that were still rated to withstand use in real experiments with chemical reactions! He's gonna love it!

I wanted a flask for gravity defying cake decorating. I chose these because I wanted them to be lightweight - they certainly are - and because they have caps so I could use them in the future for other purposes. What I didn't count on was that the plastic is not clear, so they didn't work for my planned cake decorating effect. They will be useful for other things though.

Plastic caps don’t fit properly. Says they are autoclavable but liquid explodes out, and filter patch melts….do not buy!!!
