Tank fit fine, just wish it would have come with fuel valve. Otherwise it works just fine

It does not have the mounting holes on the back side of the tank.the seat pretty much holds it down tho , I had to slightly drill the holes for the fuel outlet to get the plate to seat .also had to drill one side of the plastic fuel out let to get the screws to line up to attach it to the tank . Other than that I have 0 issues so far , the strap served no purpose for mine .-1982 atc110 . I would buy again if needed.
