At first glance, I was enthusiastic when I opened the package. The hardware is heavy, feels solid, and is made of metal rather than plastic. The finish is good and it feels like quality equipment.On first installation, you're reminded that the kit didn't cost all that much: some screws turn in a vain manner, and the microphones are difficult to adjust (insufficient screw tightening).On test, audio quality is disappointing. Audio quality is clearly not as good as with my computer headset. One microphone clearly works less well than the other, even when the audio parameters are adjusted. The sound board is limited and gadget-like.In short, I'm not satisfied with my purchase and I'm not sure I'll be able to use this equipment. What's the point, since the rendering is less than with my headphones? But then, at this price, could I have expected better?

I got maybe two uses out of it and sadly had to return due to a faulty microphone. And switchboard. If it worked properly everything sounded great on Spotify.

The audio is terrible when recording on zoom. I needed to be able to record the conversation but the person on the other end said the audio is terrible. The 3.5 mm mic barely works and the 48v mic sound quality is lacking.Alright originally I was upset with this setup but after getting with Sandy in their Hayner-Seek buyer support team I told them my issues and they walked me through how to address the problem and went above and beyond to make us happy! Thanks Sandy! Buy it you won't regret it! Also if you want to increase the 3.5 mic you may want to look into using a 48v phantom power audio interface. Then both mics will work like a charm! Also an xlr cables for the second mic.

First of all, the microphone attaches to the control board via a cable. The control board attaches to the computer via a USB. There are no instructions included or on the website at the time of writing this review. The microphone cannot be hooked to a computer via a standard microphone cable.When I attached the control board to the Macbook, it immediately lit up. The colors are amazing and can be selected depending on the mood you are going for. The microphone is excellent quality and I am hoping to find a way to use it. The microphone comes with a stand and earphones, both of which are useful. The controls on the control board can support the microphone volume and add some affects, as well. This would make a great gift for someone who does zoom meetings or podcasts. For the price, it is a great value!
