Comes in a Polaris box, has the same part number stamped on the back of the filter - it is the OEM filter, no idea why there are reviews saying it isn't.

Was skeptical about buying from a non oem manufacturer and this filter is cheaper but works just as great as the original from polaris. The rzr is running good and feels great with the clean air in the engine.
