The metal presses are great - the wooden handles stays cool. The basting brushes for BBQ / seasoning are a nice addition. I wish the molds were bigger - they are great for small burgers, but not really sized to the round press. I have not used them at all / don't see a reason to. I don't make sliders or little hamburgers. But if you consider them to be extra / just included as a bonus you can shrug off their size. The presses are worth it. The sandwich / bacon weight / press is nice too. I only use the round press to turn the sized balls of mince into regular hamburger patties - I've both used it directly on a griddle as well as in the kitchen to prep patties before putting in a grill. I do recommend chilling if you are prepping patties for grilling, but smashing directly onto a griddle is more fun.

Got a blackstone for Christmas and got this set to go with it. The burger form made them the perfect size to smash them with the round press and fit perfectly on a regular bun. Haven't used the other stuff in the kit yet.
